Objetivos This course is designed with an objective to introduce students with Nepalese jurisprudence on Human Rights and Gender Justice, in lieu of international Human Rights instruments. KSL is a pioneer institute to offer this type of course not only in Nepal but also in the South Asian Region. In this course, emphasis has been given to generate a group of lawyers and experts with adequate knowledge and skill of applying international human rights standards in domestic situation and serious concern is paid with the reference to transitional societies like Nepal. The fundamental goal of this course is to transform Nepalese Legal system into global standard by rationalizing the existing traditional legal system in Nepal

Requisitos de admisión Students must have completed LL.B./ BL in any faculty of Law from any accredited University.


Admission for Students based on the ability of the applicant to thrive in an academic program as per his / her academic record and professional achievements for which students must pass a written and verbal entrance examination after filling the admission form.
