Dr Rahul Rai Scholarship for Human Rights Education is instituted in the honour of Dr. Rahul Rai the Founder Director of Indian Institute of Human Rights, New Delhi. The Scholarship enables free enrollment to the 2 years Post Graduate Diploma in Human Rights conducted by Indian Institute of Human Rights.
