Objectives The Human Rights Program provides theoretical and practical training for future scholars and professionals in human rights, with special emphasis on the legal aspects of human rights protection. The Human Rights program benefits from close cooperation with the university community, the Open Society Institute and the Open Society Justice Initiative.

The Human Rights LL.M. Program is designed for students holding a law degree who intend to focus on the constitutional and international legal aspects of human rights protection and enforcement.
Area of expertise human rights
Methodology used The writing requirement for students studying for an LL.M. in International Business Law and Comparative Constitutional Law is fulfilled by the submission of a paper ("short thesis") or, alternatively, by the submission of a "long thesis". The writing requirement for the MA and LL.M. in Human Rights is the submission of an MA thesis.
Deadline for applications January 15 2008 for fall 2008 admission.
