Objectives |
The lectures will deal with International Criminal Law is all its aspects, from substantive crimes (genocide, crimes against humanity, war crimes and aggression) to general principles (including modes of liability and the role of victims) to enforcement. The programme also includes an exercise on cross-examination techniques and a Moot Court competition, as well as visits to the ICC, the ICTY and the Peace Palace. The participants will receive a certificate of participation after completion of the programme. |
