Objetivos The Open Society Institute, the Foreign and Commonwealth Office and the University of Essex scholarships enable qualified students to pursue taught postgraduate programmes within the Human Rights Centre of the University of Essex.
Scholarships are available for one year taught programmes:

MA in the Theory and Practice of Human Rights
LLM in International Human Rights Law.
MA in Human Rights and Cultural Diversity
LLM in International Human Rights Law and Humanitarian Law



Contenido Each award will provide for payment of academic tuition fees, exam fees, a monthly allowance for single student living expenses, and other agreed allowances (including one return economy airfare).

Requisitos de admisión You should be a national of, and normally resident in, Palestine at the time of applying for the award. If you are temporarily out of the country at the time of application (for a total period of less than three consecutive months) you may be treated as being a resident of Palestine.
You should already hold (or expect to hold by the time of taking up the award) a relevant degree equivalent to an upper second, from a UK university
There is no age limit for applying to the scholarship
Successful candidates will be required to sit for the IELTS Exam and the minimum required score is 7.0.
