Dr Rahul Rai Scholarship for Human Rights Education is instituted in the honour of Dr. Rahul Rai the Founder Director of Indian Institute of Human Rights, New Delhi. The Scholarship enables free enrollment to the 2 years Post Graduate Diploma in Human Rights conducted by Indian Institute of Human Rights. One scholarship is given every year to a Human Rights activist from any part of the world for free enrollment to the 2 years Post Graduate Diploma in Human Rights, conducted by Indian Institute of Human Rights.
